I have 3 kids and let me tell you, I've often said "I'm too busy for that" or "If only I had more hours in the day." But after reading this book the reality is I'm not always managing my time well. I do pretty good in my working hours but after that I'm not controlling my time. Carin's book gave me easy to follow tips that really work! What I love is they are so easy to follow, there is no complicated process to learn. And each section has a bonus tip where she gets right to the point of what you need to do. This is easy to follow and if you do it, you will notice a huge difference in your day. I also loved how she mentions sleep being so important, I think many people leave that out. But I know when I'm tired my whole day is shot!
Thanks Carin for the really useful and easy to follow and implement tips. I'm putting these into place and looking forward to the time I will "gain."
This was a less than ten minute read with no new insights. Not worth it, wants more words. End
I didn't find it helpful. A lot of it is obvious (ex if you sleep well you are more productive). The book didn't offer tools to better manage time
If you're looking for some new ideas about managing time, you probably won't find them in this book. The tips are ones you will find elsewhere.
Really enjoyed the way the quotes motivated me to do the action steps. The tip that stood out the most to me was keeping a sleep journal. I knew about food journals but this was new! It helped me see how inconsistent my bedtimes were (even though I thought they were usually the same) and I hope to get more rest and get more productive because of it! Nice guide.
Filled with tried and true tips for better time management. I really lived the thought provoking quotations that were included.
This book is quick and easy to understand. I've made lists in the past, but used to put too many items on it! Now I'm going to keep it to three items a day! That will help me keep motivated! Thanks
